IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?
Yes, we have onsite car parking available, subject to availability and first come, first served basis. There are also several secure car parking options available at a short distance from our building – the Terminal Car Park nearby and Melbourne Airport’s Value Car Park. Our location is ideal for those looking for a shared office space or premium coworking space with convenient parking options.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BOOK AT AEROFOIL WORKSPACE?
No, you don’t have to be a member to book our hot desks and meeting rooms. All are welcome and we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a space. If you are hosting a corporate function, you will only have access to the venue for the hours you have booked and paid for.
DURING WHAT HOURS CAN I BOOK A SPACE WITH AEROFOIL WORKSPACE?
Our coworking spaces and meeting rooms are available for booking during business hours from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm except for public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
HOW DO I BOOK A HOT DESK?
You can book a hot desk in our coworking spaces directly through our website. Please make sure to book on a non-holiday weekday during business hours. Aerofoil Workspace provides a mix of premium coworking space for professionals.
HOW DO I BOOK A MEETING ROOM?
You can book a meeting room through our website. Please make sure to book on a non-holiday weekday during business hours. Aerofoil Workspace offers meeting rooms equipped with amenities for your convenience. Whether you need a shared office space or meeting rooms Melbourne, we have flexible options available.
CAN I WALK-IN FOR A HOT DESK OR MEETING ROOM?
Yes, you may. Please head over to our concierge desk at Level 1 to book a hot desk or meeting room. However, we highly encourage booking in advance to secure a spot in our premium coworking space.
CAN I BRING GUESTS?
Our hot desks are booked per person only. If you have a guest or client with you, you will need to get two hot desks. On the other hand, you may bring in guests if you have booked a meeting room, at the maximum seating capacity of the booked room. Aerofoil Workspace’s meeting rooms in Melbourne Airport are perfect for team collaborations or client meetings.
IS THERE AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE?
Our boardrooms named Bonney, Duigan and Kingsford-Smith are set up with built-in AV equipment including a camera, microphone and speakers, making it ideal for business meetings, seminars, conferences, or even a product launch. This setup makes our meeting rooms suitable for a variety of professional needs within a premium coworking space.
IS THERE CATERING AVAILABLE?
Our in-house chefs exclusively provide catering to Aerofoil Workspace event spaces. If you are organising a special event in our premium coworking space and have specific requirements, please contact our team to discuss custom menu options.
HOW TO FIND US?
Aerofoil Workspace is located inside Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport. When you enter the hotel’s main entrance, turn right, and take the Aerofoil lift to Level 1 or the stairs opposite it. There you will find the Aerofoil Concierge. If you are unable to locate our space or the reception is unattended, please call us on 03 4247 2100. Our location is perfect for professionals looking for a shared office space environment.
HOW MUCH DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?
Prices vary depending on the membership type or workspace you want (day pass, flexi desk, dedicated desk, private office, meeting rooms) and if you want any extras like catering for meeting rooms added on to the price. It’s always best to have a tour first and experience the premium coworking space firsthand.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE CREDITS?
Credits are available based on your Aerofoil Workspace membership plan as set forth in your License Agreement. Credits refresh on the first of every month and do not roll over into the next month. You are welcome to make additional bookings over your included credits, and the charges for these bookings will be added to your end of month’s invoice and overages.
IS MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, mail and package handling is included in your membership. This added convenience makes Aerofoil Workspace a top choice for those seeking premium coworking space with professional amenities.

HOW MANY REFERRALS CAN I MAKE?
There’s no limit! Refer as many people as you know who might be interested in Aerofoil Workspace, and earn a referral bonus for each successful signup.
WHAT IF MY REFERRAL DOESN’T SIGN UP?
If your referral doesn’t sign up, that’s okay! The process stops there, but you’re welcome to refer someone else.
Referrals
ELIGIBILITY
For Current Members: Only current members are eligible for a Referral Bonus. Non-members can still participate by referring new clients, but will receive a reward only if their referral signs up.
Referral Criteria: The referred individual must not be a current member of Aerofoil Workspace nor have been an active member in the last 2 years. Referral bonuses will not apply to internal upgrades.
Terms and conditions
Current members must introduce their referral to Aerofoil Workspace before we receive referral details from any other source, such as agents or brokers. Members will earn 5% of the contract value if their referral signs an agreement with Aerofoil Workspace. This Referral Fee will be credited to the member’s invoices. Non-members can also earn a one-time reward if their referred individual becomes a member, although the reward structure may differ. This referral program cannot be combined with any other offer. Offers and availability may change at any time without prior notice and can be terminated at any time. A single Referral Bonus applies for each successful referral. There are no limits to the number of referrals a person can make. Referrals cannot be from the same business as the referring business or from the same person for a secondary business. The referral offer is valid for referrals made between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2025.
